Visiting the website
The website has no contact form, user accounts, online payments or newsletter registration. No Google Analytics or advertising pixels have been installed. OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare hosting infrastructure may process IP addresses, browser details, request times and URLs, and technical events to deliver and secure the website and diagnose failures. The basis is the legitimate interest in operating a secure website.
Contacting the doctor
Email and telephone links open your own application. Details you choose to provide are used to respond and arrange appointments, based on steps requested before providing a service or the legitimate interest in answering general enquiries. Contact does not automatically subscribe you to marketing. Please do not send test results, medical records or detailed health histories through ordinary email; call to agree an appropriate channel.
Cookies and YouTube
The infrastructure may set necessary security cookies, including Cloudflare’s __cf_bm, which expires after 30 minutes of continuous inactivity. Website code does not install analytics or advertising cookies. The embedded video does not connect to YouTube until you select “Enable video”. This loads the player from youtube-nocookie.com and sends connection details to Google/YouTube, which may use browser storage under its own policies. Your choice applies only to the current page view and is not stored. Reloading the page disables the player. The rest of the website remains available without enabling the video.

Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Google Maps links take you to independent services when followed. Their policies apply: Google, Meta, Cloudflare and OpenAI.
